Siwan is the latest and the first brand ambassador for Narwal, Korea. In November 2023, he did a series of commercial films for the brand and last week he did fan signing at Narwal's Pop Up store.
Siwan was featured in a large-scale advertising campaign for Narwal Korea comprising of two high-budget films and many stills. The Behind-The-Scenes video is also of high production value.

The premise for these commercials is that Siwan spends his days relaxing on the floor, so it is important that it stays clean. Strategically showing how the floor can get messed up, the films do a great job of showcasing how efficiently Narwal cleans it up. Presence of a cat makes it easy to show the "destruction" of the potted plant - also it cues in cat hair, without calling it out.
The color palette and grading of the visuals is beautiful. The cinematography very intelligent - from framing to the use of light.
The art direction is artistic and believable. It's commendable that they managed to create a safe and strong glass floor for Siwan to show the world from below.
The CGI showing the working of the cleaner is precise, well-designed, well-executed and seamlessly blended in the edit.
Siwan is of course brilliant. His pleasant personality comes across. And his voice over the visuals is divine.

During the filming Siwan clicked a selfie with his own picture. On 13th October, Siwan posted the pictures of the action of taking this selfie, but he never posted the the selfie itself. After a few weeks when Siwan met with his fans during a special screening of 1947 Boston, a swan asked for the selfie. He got confused as he thought he has already shared it. Later, on 31st October, when he shared the proof shots of that mini-fan-meeting he shared the selfie itself. Love how Siwan treats his fans as his friends. Really.

Looking at the advertisement storyboard, I have never revealed this side to the public, so how will you know? It is very similar to how I look when I am resting. So, have very high expectations (from this film).
I found out about the Narwal Freo. They said that after judging the condition of the house, it would clean it until the house was clean and even take care of washing the mop. I thought, this is a completely new world.
First of all, the cat was so cute and acted well, so I think it was a really good partner.
And while filming Narwal Ultra, when I watched Ultra cleaning, it seems to clean very thoroughly, especially when cleaning the walls, it twerks! It was really fun to watch it move like that, so I watched it a lot.
I had fun filming today. I also have times when I clean the house like in commercials, and I don’t like complicated things, so I relate with it. Here is my favourite picture from the campaign. Great aesthetics meet good communication. You cannot miss the product (which is full white, making it very difficult to light and showcase). You see Siwan. You see the homely environment. Hints of indoor greens. Very intelligent use of light and shadows. A perfect composition!

The store had a huge (apparently the biggest) LED signage playing the commercial films.
